Refund Policy

At Busy Bubbles Design, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.
• Be returned in its original packaging.
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us at devchanteswale@gmail.com before sending your item back. If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective or you've received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Used candles, wax melts, room sprays or car fresheners.
• Personalised or custom-made items.
• Sale or clearance items.
• Gift cards.

If you're unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days in accordance with EU consumer law. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
